exhibition celebration + poetry reading

We are excited to invite you in celebrating our very first juried art exhibition, elemental unravelling!

ONLINE CELEBRATION

6pm, Thursday, November 25th

Starting at 6pm, Carol will say a few words, followed by a Poetry Reading with Ardelle Sagutcheway!

Ardelle Sagutcheway is originally from Eabametoong First Nation, a remote reserve in Northern Ontario. She currently lives in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Ardelle is a passionate, thoughtful individual who expresses herself as a poet, writer, and artist. She creates space for people to see, feel and understand the perspective and resilience of Indigenous youth using poetry and film. She is also a full-time mother to three kids and remains an active member of the community in Thunder Bay.

With safety in mind for all, we have opted to invite the exhibiting artists to join us in person for this event. And you, the wider public and fellow collective members and allies, are encouraged to join us online!
