Our relationship with Northern Lights Collaborative
Did you know?
Mindful Makers, alongside organizations located across Northern Ontario, make up Northern Lights Collaborative (NLC).
Northern Lights Collaborative is an initiative of CatalystsX that is collectively held and supported by team members located in places like Ottawa, Thunder Bay and Sault Ste. Marie. We (Mindful Makers) are one of four core partners including: Thinking Rock Community Arts and NORDIK.
Collaborative partners work with a number of youth, their allies, youth-led and youth-serving organizations to:
increase organizational accountability to youth voices and
to create a supportive network that centres youth leadership and storytelling.
The Collaborative is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation Youth Opportunities Fund, and Youth CI (Laidlaw Foundation and Innoweave).
